I've gotten into the habit of letting my oldest daughter decide what all three girls will be for Halloween. It's just easier to make three of the same thing. We were inspired by Tinkerbell and her friends at Pixie Hollow but stuck with a general fairy look. They are each a different kind of fairy. The blue fairy is a water fairy, green is a forest fairy, and the pink and orange is a garden fairy. I'm just realizing how much the colors remind me of Flora, Fauna and Merryweather. How funny.
This little water fairy is in heaven.
I made them each a special crown of flowers and leaves.
Our forest fairy:
Even though I call her a forest fairy, she calls herself Tinkerbell.
The garden fairy:
Basically she hates her costume and refuses to wear it for more than 30 seconds. At our party the other night she ran around with just her shirt and leggings on. Everyone asked if she was a flower.
I guess you can't please everyone.

sooo adorable! love the theme-hopefully the littlest fairy leaves her costume on come Halloween, hehe!
love your fairies, they are so cute. As usual you have done a great job. I am blow away by how big the baby has gotten, she is not itty bitty any more, they grow too fast.
enjoy your day,
Cha Cha
Can I ask what method/pattern you used for the tutus? I love the way they turned out. They don't look like the tied kind, but perhaps I am wrong. My MIL took my twins costume shopping with explicit intructions on what to by so that in the excitement of the moment they didn't come home with something that they didn't REALLY want. Yeah well, they came home with some ridiculous costumes that they HATE and of course there are not two fairy costumes left ANYWHERE. I love how yours turned out and would love to attempt to replicate them!
Thanks!
ADORABLE!!!
I tried to get my three girls to all be the same thing, but we planned too early. Just when I thought I could whip out three Minnie Mouse costumes so easily, my oldest decided she wanted to be Merliah, the barbie mermaid, instead. darn!
LOVE the fairy costumes!!
They are all so cute! How lucky are you to have three girls to dress up. I love the Garden Fairy, she looks the most like Tink to me! lol
Those turned out great! This must be the year for cute little tutus. My girls and niece are also dressing up as fairies/tinkerbell.
Great job! The forest fairy hat is my fav! You are amazing Kalleen!
Love it - another great job!
Your girls are adorable! You did a great job! The little Ghostbuster is very cute too...saw that the other day, but did not leave a comment! I love the Ghostbusters! ha!
So cute!! Great work :) You could hang them up all year long as wall art... so pretty!
Cute!
These are great as well. LOVE them!
I love it, how did you make the tutus? My little girl would love it
These are really great. My girls always pick something that's hard to replicate, and of course you can't buy a ready made costume for them either. These are great. I may try to talk them into something like this next year.
One word... ADORABLE!

You did a fabulous job! They are adorable. Did you just sew the felt leaves directly onto their shirts? I am trying to figure out how I am going to add leaves to a top for a strawberry costume.
How adorable! As a little girl, I dont think I would have ever taken it off! (Still might not. . . )
