I just read your post and it looks fab! Can I ask.....what is a "cube" of butter? Is that a "stick" of butter? 1/2 cup?
Sorry Charlene, I sure have confused a lot of people. Yes, a cube of butter is a stick or 1/2 cup of butter.
Thanks so much for letting me know! In Canada we don't get sticks. Just a big ol' block of 1 lb butter so I cut them into "sticks" myself. I'll certainly be giving this a try. Thanks again!
