I've been wanting to make a few Black Apple dolls forever. I finally got my chance and loved every minute of making these sweet dolls for my nieces.
My first doll. The arms turned out too skinny. I altered the pattern after this one.
I love the striped tights and simple red bow.
I think this one is my favorite.
I adore the flower and pearls on this one.
They were all well received and loved.
I altered the pattern a little to make a Jazz Bear for my 9 month old nephew. My husband thought it would be too feminine, but liked how it turned out. He also recommend putting plastic in the legs to make a crinkling sound. I did and it totally worked.
If you want to make your own and don't already know where to get the pattern you can get it HERE on Martha Stewart.
