LOVEly Ruffle Dresses

We had such a great time with our Valentines Attire last year that I had to make matching outfits again this year.

Does anyone recognize that fabric?

I bought it last year for $1.50 a yard and made myself THIS scarf.

I still had 3 yards left- just enough to make all three dresses.

Of course I had to make matching hair accessories.

They are simple to make.
