thank-you - thank-you - thank-you

I really appreciate everyone who participated in the Handmade Link party. Thank you for not making me feel like a total loser. I had so much fun looking at all your projects and reading your thoughts behind them.  Some of you take the whole giving handmade very seriously and have been working all year long. LOVE THAT.

Here are a few of my favorite links.

I don't know if it's because some of my favorite memories from my childhood included building forts or if it's because my kids built a fort today, but these deluxe fort kits got me really excited. Taylor Made used a tutorial from Saltwater Kids to make this awesome gift.
I know a lot of kids that would LOVE this.

We love to play games, so naturally I was drawn to this personalized Yahtzee Game from Islandalli and Family.

I don't know how I missed this next idea, but apparently it's been done by several bloggers. I am grateful that Brandy linked up her Rootbeer Sampler because I am always looking for good ideas for boys.
you can see other examples at Homemade by Jill, The Indigo Bunting, and giverslog.

And I think this is my favorite gift I've seen this year.  Erin of Sutton Grace made the most amazing doll house for her daughter.  She was sweet enough to share all secrets for making it. If we didn't already have a doll house I'd be making one for sure.

Thanks again for being so great to me.  I really appreciate everyone who visits here. I've been working on some really fun Valentines Day projects and I can't wait to share them with you next week. I'll have a  couple banners up on monday, if you were wondering.
